It has been a privilege to have Molly as our Liberty MS PTA President. By bringing all of her perspectives to the table—as an educator, a parent, and an active community member—she will provide a well-rounded and deeply valuable voice to the school board. From organizing incredible fundraisers and Teacher Appreciation Weeks to being a vocal advocate at school board meetings for various reasons, such as saving the after-school program for middle schools, Molly always steps up. She is personable, a great listener, and a creative leader. More than anything, Molly has the determination and grit to persevere for our teachers, students, and community.

Molly Sullivan is a true advocate for those that are impacted by unfair decisions. I watched her speak up and help save the After School Programs across our county. Molly is someone you want on your side fighting for you, your child and family.

Based on my experience as both a community member and colleague, I truly believe Molly would be an exceptional member of the school board. Molly is deeply dedicated to students and families and consistently works to ensure every child feels supported and every family feels heard.

She is extremely goal-oriented, efficient, and passionate about student success.One of the things I admire most is I have no doubt that Molly will be a fierce member of the school board and a strong advocate for families and students. She leads with compassion, determination, and a genuine commitment to doing what is best for children and our community.

As a teacher, she has demonstrated her commitment to students and families alike. She ensures that she is prepared, informed, and current on policy to communicate needs responsibly. In addition to this dedication, she is fair and open-minded. What impresses me about Sully is her ability to really think about issues, instead of reacting.I have often wondered about the lack of representation of teachers/former teachers on our school board and having Molly as a member would bring firsthand knowledge and experience about the concerns that are plaguing our students, families, staff, and community.She will bring a new lens and that is sorely needed. I can wholeheartedly and without any hesitation say that Sully is the best suited individual for the Sully District school board member position.My hope is that having an enthusiastic and driven fresh face will help bring about the changes that are desperately needed in our public school system.

When our afterschool program’s funding was at risk, it was hard not to admire Molly’s energetic, empathetic, and steadfast advocacy at each and every school board meeting. As a mother, teacher, PTA president, and organizer, she is uniquely positioned to navigate the complexities of our education system and ensure our community’s needs are met.
‍Having seen her commitment in action, I know she truly understands what it takes to protect and support all our students.

As LMS PTA President, Molly has transformed teacher appreciation efforts and strengthened community involvement, creating a greater sense of connection and support throughout the school community. She is actively involved in Union Mill Elementary school events, tutors students, and consistently steps upto address both large and small issues that impact our schools and community. Molly leads with passion, compassion, and a commitment to bringing people together. Her proven record of service, advocacy, and leadership makes her an excellent candidate for the School Board.I am confident she will work tirelessly to ensure every student, family, and educator has a strong voice and the support they deserve.

This school year, I had the wonderful opportunity to co-teach with Mrs. Sullivan, and it has been one of the most rewarding professional experiences of my career. Her dedication is remarkable, and she approaches each day with the goal of making it the very best day for every child in her care. Mrs. Sullivan is a passionate advocate for her students.
She supports them academically, behaviorally, and emotionally with unwavering commitment. She believes in every student's potential and works tirelessly to ensure they receive the encouragement, guidance, and opportunities they need to succeed.

As an educator, I have learned so much from her. There is hardly a day that passes without learning something valuable from observing her teaching practices, classroom management, or interactions with students. She creates a positive and engaging learning environment where students feel safe, respected, and motivated to do their best.

What brings Mrs. Sullivan the greatest joy is seeing her students grow and improve. She celebrates their successes, no matter how small, and inspires them to become confident learners and responsible individuals. Her influence extends far beyond the classroom because she is helping shape future leaders.

My first experience with Molly Sullivan was as my daughter's first grade teacher. Not only was she a great teacher whom all the kids loved, but it was clear how she deeply cared for all the kids she taught. She went out of her way on numerous occasions to give me a heads up on things that were happening with my daughter, offering suggestions and providing support where needed. She was such a strong influence on my daughter that we chose to continue working with Mrs. Sullivan summers and through the next two school years with extra support. It can be nerve wracking as a first time parent navigating the world of schools, learning, your child's growth, etc. Of all the teachers my daughter worked with, Mrs. Sullivan stood out as someone we could turn to for guidance and supportand someone I knew was always in my daughter's corner. I am grateful Mrs. Sullivan has been a constant presence in our lives and has helped us navigate the first few years of elementary school.

I have had the privilege of working alongside Sully as an elementary educator for the past four years, and throughout that time she has consistently demonstrated dedication, creativity, and a genuine passion for serving students, families, and educators.

As PTA president, Sully revitalized Liberty Middle School by creating new opportunities for students and families, leading successful fundraisers, and ensuring teachers and staff felt valued—especially through her thoughtful efforts during Teacher Appreciation Week. Beyond the school building, she has become a strong advocate for Fairfax County Public Schools by regularly attending School Board meetings, speaking on behalf of students and families, advocating to preserve middle school after-school programs, and supporting parents throughout the redistricting process of Skyview High School. Her commitment to our community is also evident through her active engagement on district social media, where she thoughtfully answers questions, provides information, and offers support whenever she can.

While many educators spend their summers recharging, Sully has dedicated hers to meeting voters, listening to community concerns, and tirelessly campaigning because she truly cares about the future of our schools. Her unwavering commitment, collaborative spirit, and proven record of service make her an outstanding candidate for the Fairfax County School Board. Sully for Sully isn’t just a campaign slogan—it’s a reflection of someone who has consistently shown up for our students, teachers, families, and community.
